I’m an organisational psychologist and ICF-accredited coach with over 20 years of experience in coaching and training. My professional journey has taken me from a legal career, through achievements in the advertising and marketing sectors, to a transformative path following burnout. This experience has deeply shaped my approach to leadership development, mental agility, and emotional intelligence.

Through this rebuilding, I learned firsthand the importance
of mental agility and emotional intelligence in maintaining resilience, especially in high-pressure environments. This insight now forms the foundation of my coaching and training work, where I help leaders and teams manage change and thrive
in it. My work centres on fostering a growth mindset, enhancing communication skills, building resilience, and empowering individuals and teams to navigate workplace challenges confidently.
